She listened to my needs for my future home, indulged some of my riskier picks, gave me insight on neighborhoods, and kept up communication with each member of the team as we moved to close. When my personal life needed more attention, I was fully able to focus on my family knowing that Patricia was still diligently working on my home purchase. One thing I really appreciated were the summary emails that accompanied new documents; the summaries had explanation and definitions to help guide me through understanding exactly what I was looking at. I'm grateful to have worked with Patricia, and look forward to working with her on other projects in the future! She even received compliments from my mom who couldn't be with me during the process but was able to setup a surprise for me with Patricia's help.

Patricia was a godsend. From the initial meeting she offered advice about the market and pricing. It was a slow start as I was in the process of buying a new home before I was ready to sell my home so she was patient with me while l concentrated on the first part (buying). In the mean time she was gracious enough to help me clean up and prepare the front of my house for some curb appeal which was back breaking. There was a lull in which I had to concentrate on the new house, but she understood the process. Once I settled on my new house it was time to get back into full house selling mode and she was right there with me. Once she put it on the market it was a world wind experience! I had multiple offers in 24 hrs. After 3 days on the market I had over 5 offers and I accepted the right offer for me on the forth day. She called to see if I needed anything a least once a week before the listing wentup and was the best listener when I wanted to do what I needed to do to get the house in order to be shown. We had a great relationship from the start. I have bought and sold 3 houses and I can honestly say that working with Patricia was the best ever.
