Patricia did an amazing job helping through the entire process as a first time homebuyer in a completely new city. She listened to my needs for my future home, indulged some of my riskier picks, gave me insight on neighborhoods, and kept up communication with each member of the team as we moved to close. When my personal life needed more attention, I was fully able to focus on my family knowing that Patricia was still diligently working on my home purchase. One thing I really appreciated were the summary emails that accompanied new documents; the summaries had explanation and definitions to help guide me through understanding exactly what I was looking at. I'm grateful to have worked with Patricia, and look forward to working with her on other projects in the future! She even received compliments from my mom who couldn't be with me during the process but was able to setup a surprise for me with Patricia's help.
